FREE DISCOVERY SESSION: 
​All clients start here. This is a free 15-minute video call to meet with me.
You can share the health concerns you have and your goals for the future. 
Your coach will explain how coaching works and how coaching can help your child specifically.
If you choose to move forward, you'll get registered and get started! 

INITIAL CONSULTATION: 
Your first official session allows for 60 minutes which gives you and your coach time to:
  • Review health history.
  • Discuss your experiences to date.
  • Talk in depth about the goals you want to meet. 
  • Take the first steps forward toward meeting at least one of your goals.  

FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS:
Follow-up sessions allow for 30 minutes long during which we'll: 
  • Review what's going well for you and what you want to work on next. 
  • Make revisions to your plan as needed.
  • Add new goals as you feel ready.
  • Continue working toward your optimal end goals.

 12 SESSION DEEP DIVE PACKAGE (save 10%)

  • One free 15 minute Discovery Session. 
  • One 60 minute Initial Consultation. 
  • Eleven 30 minute Follow-Up Sessions depending on which package you choose. 
  • Opportunity to e-mail and text with your coach between sessions for clarifications or to ask questions. ​​​
COMMITMENT
Research shows that it takes on average 60 - 90 days to set and meet a new goal.  Maintenance takes even longer.  To maximize our client's time, money and effort, a 6 or 12 week, initial commitment to coaching is required to get started with a coaching plan.
As part of the coaching process, clients are supported through regular contact (via weekly or biweekly meetings & email) to help keep you and your child on track. 

SLIDING SCALE RATES

If you cannot afford the standard rates, Sliding Scale Rates are available.
A core value of mine is to directly support accessible Functional Medicine Health Coaching for those who need it.
