THE COACH'S ROLE:
- To listen fully to your past experiences and current concerns regarding your health problems and future goals.
- To work with you to identify nutritional & lifestyle factors that you can implement to help bring your body systems back into balance, such as diet/nutrition, movement, sleep and stress reduction.
- To consider you as a whole person and respect you as an individual with individual genetics, history and personal needs.
- To help you explore how diet, sleep, stress and other lifestyle factors may be contributing to the root causes of your specific symptoms or chronic illness.
- To provide education and guidance for you as you ask for or need it. I don't devise a specific rigid plan for you to follow. I do have knowledge and resources to help you make your own plans that will best fit your personal needs.
- To believe in your ability to decide what changes you want to make for your health and am here to support your choices. You may change your mind about your path many times along the way. I'm here to both follow your lead and act as a guide and partner.
